With pockets at the front & back of the vest, you can add/remove the weights as you wish. Each weight is 1.08kg and there's 18 pockets. The vest itself is 1.1kg. This is a one-size-fits-all vest and is adjustable in sizes from the sides. This military grade vest will keep you cool and is suitable for all training and weather conditions.
