The bar’s knurl pattern is deeper than the standard Olympic bars - the 29mm shaft diameter and high tensile strength result in little to no flex or whip. This bar boosts quality bronze bushings which produce a smooth and reliable spin. Gymholix Power Bar is uniquely designed for powerlifting, and/or a functional fitness workout.
