With Gymholix Mini Sled move your speed sled training indoors or outdoors on grass, track, or asphalt. The sled has 6 mm bent steel and allows you put more than 250 kg in steel plates on almost any terrain. When your training is over, you can fold the flat sleeve - this allows quick and easy carrying.
The Mini Sled can be used for light weight sled training to help improve speed and conditioning. The Mini Sled comes with shoulder harness.
