Gymholix Retro Cast Iron Deep Dish Plates durable cast iron metal KG plates are accurate to within 200 gr in weight. These plates feature a 50.4 mm center hole for a smooth fit on your barbell, and as a result may not fit on some cheaper barbells not held to spec.
