Gymholix x Air Rope Aluminium Ultra Speed Jump Rope is perfect for those single, double and triple unders! It is designed to meet the requirements for elite and professional athletes. The handles are light weight aluminium with knurling. The cable can be adjusted as needed and the handles rotates 360 degrees supporting your targeted speed as needed.
The Rope comes with adjustment Allen screw. You can choose rope type according to you fitness level. Elite rope (black one) is 1.8 mm with plastic wrap. Pro rope is 1.2 mm without any cover.
