Ideal for Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Strongman and Bodybuilding training - especially during Overhead Press, Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Shoulder Press, Bench Press or Dumbbell Press movements.
Ensures stability of forearm and wrist, preventing twisting or bending of the wrists.
Suitable for all wrists with a standard length of 45 cm x 8 cm.
